Reschedule: It is possible to reschedule the test if you have to be absent on the test day. You can reschedule by paying a rescheduling fee of US$60. While the responsibility of rescheduling lies with the student, the fees must be paid before you register for a new date.
Cancellation: As far as possible, we encourage our students to reschedule a test if they are not able to take it up on the scheduled date. Cancellation is possible, but please note that we cannot refund your registration fee.
Payment methods: We accept wide-ranging payment methods including American Express®, Discover®, JCB®, MasterCard® or VISA®. It is also possible to pay through your PayPal® account or an electronic check (e-check) if your bank account is within the United States or its territories.
